PVDF (poly vinylidene fluoride) foaming sheet has outstanding resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals. It also offers excellent toughness, wide temperature tolerance (-40 to 160℃), high dielectric strength and excellent resistance to nuclear radiation, UV and ageing.
Green foaming process:Supercritical CO2 instead of traditional foam agent
A large number of micron bubbles are formed in the polymer material
Foam density:25kg/m3 to 100kg/m3,thickness more than 30mm;
Supercritical CO2 molding foam technology can be used in many types of polymer, such as PP,TPU,PVDF and so on
